Conferences and programs spanning more than one day receive a custom photography quote based on the schedule and coverage needs.
A signed agreement and 30% retainer reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due before the event.
Travel
Coverage beyond San Antonio.
Travel within 30 miles of San Antonio is included. Events located 31–60 miles away incur a $75 travel fee, and events 61–100 miles away incur a $150 travel fee. Longer-distance events receive a custom travel quote.
